Leading coach tour operator, Travelstyle tours wanted to improve their presence online and reduce the amount of print material they were producing. Their previous website lacked a clear journey to selecting a holiday and as a result a large number of orders were taken over the phone.
Dhub established a clear user journey through the site, developing a new search mechanism for the website audience to find their coach holidays. The aim throughout the website design and development process was to reduce the number of clicks to order and to more clearly display the product offering.
The new site has resulted in an increase of online sales by 20% in the first 2 months, this increase is also attributed to the online marketing process Dhub has undertaken for Travelstyle and the design and broadcast of weekly email campaigns.
