We were instructed to develop this former warehouse space to illustrate how the new office space would look.

We were provided interior photographs and 2D plans to help us understand the space and the current lighting affects on the space from the large glass ceilings. The building, beam work, exposed services, furniture and architectural details were modelled from a series of photographs to produce this set of 3D visuals.
